Your privacy matters to Yash Marketing (the “Company”, “we”, “CRES-INDIA”, "CRES", or “us”).

The Company is an intermediary service providing platform providing targeted services to facilitate professionals or service providers connect with end users. In order to provide the services, we ask for certain personal information which is displayed on the CRES app & site. When you use the service available at our Website, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of information about yourself as described in this Privacy Policy. Through the Website or our CRES mobile application ("Application" or "App" or “Web Poratl”), the Company provides and acts as an intermediary e-commerce marketplace facilitating services & maintenance of vehicle. The marketplace is a platform for domestic consumers to transact with third party sellers, who have been granted access to the Site. We may change this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a revised Privacy Policy on our website. Such changes will be effective upon posting. The Privacy Policy covers both “online” (e.g., web and mobile services, including any websites operated by us such as https://www.cres-india.com/ or Mobile Application, however accessed and/or used, whether via personal computers, mobile devices or otherwise) and “offline” (e.g., collection of data through mailings, telephone, or in person) activities owned, operated, provided, or made available by the Company. Our “online” and “offline” activities, in relation to facilitation of vehicle repair services through a network of third party Auto-Repair Shops and Mechanics or vehicle maintenance services by third party professionals , are collectively referenced as the “Services”. This Privacy Policy also applies to your use of interactive features or downloads that: (i) we own or control; (ii) are available through the Services; or (iii) interact with the Services and post or incorporate this Privacy Policy. BY ACCEPTING THE CUSTOMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY. Please review the following carefully so that you understand our privacy practices. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, do not accept the Customer Terms and Conditions or use our Services. INFORMATION COLLECTED BY MOBILE APPLICATIONS

  • Our Services are primarily provided through the Web Application. We may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to, technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals, that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support and other services to you (if any) related to such Web Applications. When you use any of our Mobile Applications or Web Application, the Mobile Application or Web Application may automatically collect and store some or all of the following information from your mobile device (“Mobile Device Information”), in addition to the Device Information, including without limitation:

  • Your mobile operating system

  • Data from SMS/ text messages upon receiving Device permissions for the purposes of (i) issuing and receiving one time passwords and other device verification, and (ii) automatically filling verification details during financial transactions, either through us or a third-party service provider, in accordance with applicable law. We do not share or transfer SMS/ text message data to any third party other than as provided under this Privacy Policy.
4. Use of Information:

We require the information to identify you as a user, use in our analytics, improve our Services and provide new Services to our users. We keep this information for internal record keeping purposes only. We use your contact details to send you your trip related information to you as well as our service partners. We may sometimes send you information about our new services, special offers and/or other information which we think you may find interesting to your email id or mobile number. We may also sometimes contact you for your feedback or market research purposes via email or mobile number.
We use your Internet Protocol (IP) address to help diagnose problems with our computer server, and to administer our web site(s). Your IP address is used to help identify you, but contains no personal information about you.
We provide some of your Protected Information (such as your name, pick up address, contact number) to the driver who accepts your request for transportation so that the driver may contact and find you. The companies for which drivers work (that are providing the transportation service) are also able to access your Protected Information, including your geo-location data.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure with us and have taken appropriate steps to protect the information you share with us. We have implemented technology and security features and strict policy guidelines to safeguard the privacy of your personally identifiable information from unauthorized access and improper use or disclosure. The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. By using our services through the app or website, you agree for us to collect any personal information necessary to provide you the requested service and you agree that such personal information may be disclosed to the service partners (who may be third parties) for those purposes. We do not sell or rent any personal information to any third parties. unless we have your permission or are required by law. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.

6.THIRD PARTY CONTENT AND LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SERVICES :

The Services may contain content that is supplied by a third party, and those third parties may collect website usage information and your Device Identifier when web pages from any online or mobile Services are served to your browser. In addition, when you are using the Services, you may be directed to other sites or applications that are operated and controlled by third parties that we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by any of these third parties. For example, if you click on a banner advertisement, the click may take you away from one of our websites onto a different web site. SOCIAL MEDIA FEATURES AND WIDGETS


Our online and mobile Services may include social media features, such as the Facebook Like button, follow us on instagram or twitter, and widgets such as a “Share This” button, or interactive mini-programs that run on our online and mobile Services. These features may collect your IP address, photograph, which page you are visiting on our online or mobile Services, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our online Services. 7. INFORMATION COLLECTED BY DRIVERS

This Privacy Policy shall not cover the usage of any information about you which is obtained by the driver or the company to which the driver belongs, while providing you a ride on a cab booked using the Services, or otherwise, which is not provided by us.

8. Performance Analysis and Marketing provided by Others

We may allow Service Partners (third parties) to provide Service Performance Analysis and to advertise on our behalf across the Internet. These Service Partners may use cookies, web beacons, SDKs and/or other technologies to identify your device when you visit the third party’s website or use any other services provided by them. This data will then be used to generate performance reports and improve our Services.

9. User Choices

9.1 Location Information


Our app collects location details depending on the permissions granted by you. Disabling this setting will limit the capabilities of our app. We will however be able to read the trip locations and also your device’s approximate location based on the IP address.

9.2 Account Information


Account Information may be changed anytime by logging into our app. You can also write to us at the below mentioned email address or reach out to our customer care executives on the support contact numbers mentioned on our website www.cres-india.com. You can also request for deleting your account by using any of the above mentioned communication channel. Your account information will be deleted only after resolving all issues related to your account (if any). Following deletion of your User account, we may retain your private profile information for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, or audit purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, any information that you choose to make public on the app may not be removable.

10. SECURITY

The Protected Information and Usage Information we collect is securely stored within our databases, and we use standard, industry-wide, commercially reasonable security practices such as encryption, firewalls and SSL (Secure Socket Layers) for protecting your information. However, as effective as encryption technology is, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that information you supply won't be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet or wireless communication, and any information you transmit to the Company you do at your own risk. We recommend that you not disclose your password to anyone.

11. Invalidity of one or more provisions:
